A 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm] Radio Publicity Still (Learn More) Lights Out was an old-time radio program devoted mostly to horror and the supernatural. It was created by Wyllis Cooper (and later taken over by Arch Oboler) and aired on various networks from 1934 to 1947 before transitioning to television. Condition: fair to good. The bottom border was trimmed off. The still was used in a newspaper or magazine, and there are a few crop marks around the edges of Karloff's image and some light smudges scattered throughout.
