Lichtert & Fils", and since the poster we are offering reads "Impr. Lichtert - 1070 Bruxelles", it must surely be from a 1970s re-release. Also, the text at top is different as the 1970s re-release has a big red JAMES BOND at top left, which further identifies this poster as the 1970s re-release.
