That ought to shake up the place pretty good. Not many freaky cops like Bullitt around. You look at the Italian shoes and the turtleneck and you have to wonder. You listen to the official beefs about 'personal misconduct,' 'disruptive influence,' you figure he's got to be up for trade. But when some rare Chicago blood starts spilling in San Francisco, they give Bullitt the mop. They weren't exactly doing him a favor. But they've done a great big one for you."; "Detective Lt. Frank Bullitt - some other kind of cop. Pity the guy he works for."; "Based on the novel 'Mute Witness' by Robert L. Pike"; about a detective who drives a 1968 Ford Mustang GT fastback while pursuing professional hitmen who murdered the wrong guy and let's not forget the really cool chase scenes!) starring Steve McQueen (in the title role "as Bullitt"), Robert Vaughn, Jacqueline Bisset, Don Gordon, Robert Duvall, Simon Oakland, and Norman Fell NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is one of only two posters we have seen that pictures the Ford Mustang (at the lower left of the poster)! Also note that this poster has the Warner/Seven Arts logo at lower right (the 1973 re-release poster has the circular Warner Bros. logo). Also note that this poster was somewhat tri-folded. What does that mean? Some posters were stored in a tri-folded fashion, but where someone took a group of posters and then tri-folded the entire group. This means that many of the posters have only a slight "waviness" one third of the way from the top and the bottom of the poster, but they are not actual folds. They are normally not very noticeable at all from the front of the poster, but they can be seen from the back of the poster, and they mean that the poster does not lay 100% flat. These "waves" greatly diminish if the poster is put under weight for a time, and become almost completely invisible. Most collectors consider them a very minor defect, much less of a defect than actual foldlines. Also note that this poster will be shipped rolled in a tube. Condition: very good to fine. There are a few very minor creases throughout the poster but they are not very noticeable and the poster displays well. Learn More about condition grades
