Condition: good to very good. There are fine scratches in the image background at upper center extending into the woman's hat. There is a smudge at lower right in the border art and there is a 1/2" tear in the upper left blank corner from rough removal of a staple. The card is otherwise in pretty nice condition. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
