An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) The Luck of Roaring Camp, the 1937 Irvin Willat Gold Rush family relationship romantic cowboy western melodrama ("Bret Harte's Greatest Story"; "Bret Harte's greatest novel"; a wild story of a gambler who is due to be hung, and he and his pregnant wife manage to escape by diving into a river and he escapes, but the wife dies, but not before delivering the baby, and a group of gold miners raise the baby and promise it a share if they ever strike it rich, which they of course do years later when the baby is a young man, but they have second thoughts about giving him the share, and then the father resurfaces along with a sexy New Orleans saloon singer, and that is just the beginning of this very complicated plot, but know that it does have a happy ending!) starring Owen Davis Jr., Joan Woodbury, Charles Brokaw, Sheila Bromley, and Ferris Taylor NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that movie paper from this film is incredibly rare. We have only auctioned a single movie paper item from this movie (a lobby card in 2007!) and no other movie paper items from it whatsoever until we were consigned this great poster! Condition: fair to good. The poster had paper loss in the bottom of the woman's eye at center. It has many creases scattered throughout, more so in the bottom left of the poster where there is also a jagged tear that has tape on the back. There are some smudges and scuffs scattered through the poster with smudges, stains and pinholes around the edges. Someone put paper tape on the back of the paper loss on the woman's eye, and also on the back of the jagged tear at bottom left. The poster is sorely in need of expert professional restoration, and please bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it. Learn More about condition grades
