Which sister would you pick to spend it with?"; "It's grand the way they prove that every day's a holiday... when you're in love"; "Out of heart-warming drama... smiles... and the tears always lurking behind them... a great love-and-laugh hit is born!"; "From the stage play by Philip Barry"; about a man who is engaged to be married, but just in time, he realizes he is far better suited to his fiancee's sister instead) starring Katharine Hepburn, Cary Grant, Doris Nolan, Lew Ayres, Edward Everett Horton, Henry Kolker, Binnie Barnes, Jean Dixon, and Henry Daniell. Note that this was a remake of the 1930 movie of the same name, based on the same play. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good. The card had tiny paper loss in the top right corner and a tear and creases in the bottom right corner, with creases in the bottom left corner, and a pinhole and tear in the top left corner. Someone performed restoration to those areas from the back. The card also has a water stain on the back of the top right, extending below Cary Grant's credit, but it is almost invisible from the front, except in the right blank border. It seems quite possible that the card was lightly bleached, because most Columbia cards from this period have a yellowish tint to them (something about the paper caused them to age in this way).
