Sherlock Holmes in Geheimer Mission (literally translates to "Sherlock Holmes and The Secret Mission"), the circa 1950s German double-bill release of Sherlock Holmes and the Secret Weapon, the 1942 Roy William Neill mystery crime thriller starring Basil Rathbone ("as Sherlock Holmes"), Nigel Bruce ("as Dr. Watson"), Lionel Atwill, Kaaren Verne and William Post Jr. AND Sherlock Holmes in Washington, the 1942 Roy William Neill detective crime mystery thriller ("The mystery master in America!"; "Based on the characters created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle") starring Basil Rathbone ("as Sherlock Holmes"), Nigel Bruce ("as Dr. Watson"), Marjorie Lord, John Archer, Don Terry, George Zucco, Henry Daniell, Edmund MacDonald, and Clarence Muse. Note that we do not know if this was an actual double bill release, or if they in some way edited the two movies together into a single film.
