There is a 2" Y-shaped tear in the upper left (affecting the "n" of "woman") that was repaired with tape from the back. There is water staining in the top right corner, with pinholes and some other stains scattered in the card. There are also some tiny bits of glitter scattered in the card, but they are mostly only noticeable when the card is tilted to the light.
