Plastered in Paris, the 1928 Benjamin Stoloff military romantic comedy ("An uproarious laugh fest among the sculptors and models of Gay Paree"; "Story by Henry Brand and Andy Rice"; about a Jewish man and a Swedish man, who accidentally enlist in the French Foreign Legion, and they have many misadventures) starring Sammy Cohen, Jack Pennick, Ivan Linow, Lola Salvi, Hugh Allan, and Marion Byron. Note that if you have never seen this movie, you shouldn't wait to see it play on TV, because it is filled with the most awful politically incorrect stereotypes possible! Jewish Sammy Cohen plays Sammy Nosenblum (get the "joke"?), and Jack Pennick plays Bud Swenson, and the movie is filled with Jewish and Swedish jokes, especially ones about Sammy Cohen's big nose.
