The card had a pair of staple holes in each corner and some creases, faint smudges, and a few tiny tears in the borders. Something caused surface paper loss on the back of the center of the top border. Approximately 3" x 1" is affected, but the front of the card is not affected, although the paper is "thinner" in that area. There is a piece of tape on the back of the middle of the left border, which was put there for unknown reasons. There was small surface paper loss under that piece of tape and also some small paper loss on the back of the center of the bottom border. The above defects are basically pretty minor. The image area of the card is in pretty nice condition, and I would think most collectors would be quite happy with this card! Learn More about condition grades
