An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Bat, the 1926 Roland West silent crime horror mystery melodrama ("A comedy mystery drama by Mary Roberts Rinehart and Avery Hopwood"; "From the stage play produced by Wagenhals and Kemper"; about a group of people who are guests of a mystery writer at a spooky old house, and a master criminal dresses up as a giant bat and terrorizes everyone!; to make the movie more "spooky", almost all the scenes were shot at night) starring Jack Pickford, Louise Fazenda, Eddie Gribbon, George Beranger, and Charles Herzinger. Note that the director virtually remade the movie in a sound version four years later as "The Bat Whispers". NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good. There is small paper loss in the bottom left corner. The card has slightly darkened around the edges. Otherwise, the card is in nice condition.
