Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Insert Movie Poster (measures 14" x 36") (Learn More)

Young Tom Edison, the 1940 Norman Taurog biographical historical inventor scientist melodrama ("A drama of courage! A story of triumph!"; about the boyhood times of Thomas Alva Edison) starring Mickey Rooney (in the title role as Thomas Edison), Fay Bainter, George Bancroft, Virginia Weidler, Eugene Pallette, and Spencer Tracy (in an uncredited cameo role; he had already been cast to play Edison in the sequel 'Edison, the Man'!!)

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: very good to fine. There are minor creases in the foldlines and borders. There is a tack hole in each corner and one in the center of the title area. There is a 2" tear in the left border with clear tape over it extending into the "M" of "MICKEY".
