Note that the term "office wife" was coined when women started working in the Depression as secretaries, and often a businessman would come to have a close relationship with his secretary, sometimes rivaling the one he had with his wife (and the term has been revived in recent years)! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair. Prior to paperbacking, the card had a large amount of staining scattered throughout, with nail holes, tears, and paper loss around the edges, with some scattered in the image. Overall, the card was in poor condition prior to paperbacking. The person who restored it did the best they could, but there was a great deal of staining in the stars' faces, and the attempted restoration of that area is very noticeable.
