Paul Bouvot was a French artist from the 1940s to the 1990s. He developed a "passionate relationship with the automobile" in childhood, and worked with Peugeot, Bugatti, Ferrari and more. He was fully dedicated to design after 1980, attracting many European and American collectors. Bouvot passed away in 2000 at the age of 88. The Peugeot museum in Sochaux, France honored him in 2015 with an exhibition of his paintings and unpublished sketches.
