An Original Vintage Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh) (Learn More) A New Little Lulu Cartoon, the 1943 Paramount stock cartoon animation poster ("in TECHNICOLOR Produced by Famous Studios"). Note that this is a "stock" poster created by Paramount in for use for all entries of their "Little Lulu" series (from the beloved comic strip character created by Marjorie Henderson Buell; originally, she was a single panel in the Saturday Evening Post). This particular stock poster was printed in "1943" (which is printed in the bottom right corner). Theaters would order this poster, which had a large blank rectangle in the bottom center. They would either be sent a series of large paper snipes with the titles of specific entries of the series, and they could paste in each snipe as needed, thus getting many posters for the price of one, or sometimes the studios would overprint posters with specific titles before sending them.
