Sins of Man, the 1936 Otto Brower & Gregory Ratoff family relationship music melodrama (produced by Darryl F. Zanuck; "A dramatic thunderbolt!"; about an Austrian bell ringer musician who has a double tragedy when his second son is born, for his wife dies during childbirth and the son is deaf; he goes into great despair, and becomes a bum, giving up his children for adoption; many years later, the deaf boy regains his hearing and becomes a famous musician, and he finds his down-and-out father) starring Jean Hersholt, Don Ameche (in his 3rd credited role!), Allen Jenkins, J. Edward Bromberg, and Ann Shoemaker

Important Added Info: Note that this is a 40x60 poster that was created on a heavy board. It is similar to those created by the "Meloy Bros." company in the 1930s. We don't know what company made this poster, but it was surely sold to theaters showing this movie, and posters like this are extremely rare. Also note that while this poster is not on as heavy a board as the Meloy Bros. posters, it is still a heavy enough board that it cannot be folded or rolled in any way, so it must be sent in a VERY large flat package that would be expensive to send.

We will pack this poster between four super heavy 42" x 62" boards that we have purchased for $5 each, meaning that the cost of packaging this poster is $20 (because of the expense of the large cardboard). VERY IMPORTANT! This poster will likely cost around $100 total to send within the U.S. via ground UPS (but of course, we will only charge the actual cost of shipping) plus the above stated $20 for the packaging materials (we are also auctioning similar size posters that could be packed together with this one, and if so, the shipping per poster will come down drastically). Please bear this shipping cost in mind before placing a bid on this poster (and it would surely cost hundreds of dollars to send it out of the United States, so we ask that no one bid on this poster unless they can accept delivery of it within the U.S.).

Condition: fair. There are many stains around the edges and a lesser number within the image. There is some border damage. Please do not bid on this poster unless you have read the above and looked closely at our super-sized image.
