Condition: good to very good. The card was attached to a mat with double-stick tape on the back of the top corners and the center of the bottom border. Someone removed it from the mat and put index cards over the double-stick tape, to keep it from sticking to other things. Any restorer or talented amateur could easily remove the double-stick tape.
