Note that fantasy artist H.R. Giger did the wonderful art that was used to create the alien and the alien planet, but his art was not used on any of the regular posters, only on special prints created after the movie became a hit! Artist: Attack Peter Important Added Info: Note that this art print has been personally autographed (signed) by artist Peter Santa-Maria ("Attack Peter") and it has hand-numbered 10/120! It is a "linocut" (a linoleum variant of a woodcut) and it is on printed on Lokta paper (a handmade artisan paper indigenous to Nepal.) The edges appear "tattered" and the paper itself has smudges and scuffs, all of which are part of the design of the art print (which has a "vintage" appearance!). This is one of 2,530 auctions for Mondo/Alamo Drafthouse prints from the personal collection of Tim League, co-founder and Executive Chairman of Alamo Drafthouse! All 2,530 auctions began on October 6th, and all close October 27th, starting at around 7:00 PM CST, a few seconds apart!
