The Boy and the Wolf, the 1943 Rudolf Ising animated animation cartoon (produced by Fred Quimby; based on the Aesop fable "The Boy Who Cried Wolf", except in this cartoon, the boy has a dog that he keeps tricking into thinking a wolf is coming, because the dog is deathly afraid of the wolf, and then the wolf really does come).
