It details the story of Mole, Ratty, and Badger as they try to help Mr. Toad, after he becomes obsessed with motorcars and gets into trouble. The novel was based on bedtime stories Grahame told his son Alastair, and it has been adapted numerous times for both stage, screen and television. Artist: Roles Important Added Info: Note that this is one of three original hand colored pieces of animation art we were consigned. All appear to be from an animated production of the above (because they say that at the bottom), but we can't find what production that is or what year it is, and we are guessing the 1930s. But that could be wrong, and it could be that they are from a book of some kind. Please do not bid on any of these unless you can accept all these uncertainties, and if anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: good to very good.
