An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More) Woman Chases Man, the 1937 John G. Blystone family relationship romantic screwball comedy ("She got her man! ...and brought him back alive!"; "It's dizzy! It's daffy! It's de-nuts!"; "The most delightful d-nutty comedy you've seen in years!"; "Not only cuckoo... but screwy. Not only screwy but dizzy. Write your own adjectives but keep 'em crazy. To describe this wild, wild woman who is out after her man in the greatest man-hunt of the century!"; about a formerly wealthy man who has blown his fortune, but his adult son was left a sizeable amount by his mother, and he has managed it wisely, and the father hires a pretty woman to con his own son into investing into another one of his schemes!) starring Miriam Hopkins, Joel McCrea, Charles Winninger, Erik Rhodes, Leona Maricle, Ella Logan and Broderick Crawford (in his very first movie role as 'Hunk'!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that the glass of the slide is cracked all across the center, running through the eyes of Hopkins and the forehead of McCrea. Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: good. This glass slide has clear condition problems that causes it to be in less than "very good" condition. We do NOT describe those defects in words (UNLESS the defect is a crack in one or both panes of the glass, in which case we ALWAYS describe it elsewhere within the auction in words), and you can likely see some or all of them in the "large" and "super-sized" images we provide. If you are the sort who can accept a major defect, then you should bid on items in this condition grade, BUT PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THESE ITEMS UNLESS YOU CAN ACCEPT THEIR VERY CLEAR DEFECTS!
