Phantom of the Opera, the 1943 Arthur Lubin Universal musical horror thriller ("The Screen's Classic of Terror!"; based on the classic novel by Gaston Leroux, and a remake of the silent classic featuring Lon Chaney Sr.) starring Nelson Eddy, Susanna Foster (as Christine), Claude Rains (in the title role as Erique Claudin, the Phantom of the Opera), Edgar Barrier (as Raoul), Leo Carrillo, Jane Farrar, J. Edward Bromberg, Fritz Feld, Hume Cronyn, and "a cast of thousands"!

Important Added Info: Note that this poster has been trimmed and it now measures 20 3/4" x 27" [53 x 69 cm]. Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good to very good. The poster was trimmed along the lower edge. There are some creases and tears of varying lengths (generally 1" or less but some are larger) around the edges (one is several inches long at upper left). The tears or other defects as described above have been repaired with pieces of tape from the back. The censor logo at right is printed, and is not a snipe or stamp. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition and it displays well from a reasonable distance.
