Burning Daylight, the 1920 Edward Sloman silent Alaska/New York City romantic gold mining melodrama ("Jack London's famous story"; about an Alaskan man known as Burning Daylight who strikes gold and a rich man from New York tries to swindle him out of it, but he succeeds in getting a good price from the rich New Yorker; later the Alaskan travels to New York with his best friend to pay for an operation for the friend's crippled daughter and once again the rich New Yorker tries to swindle him!) starring Mitchell Lewis (in the title role as "Burning Daylight"), Helen Ferguson, Arthur Edmund Carewe (billed as "Arthur Edmund Carew"), William V. Mong, Gertrude Astor, and Alfred Allen

Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned a single lobby cards from this early Jack London movie! Note also that this poster has been trimmed and it now measures 12" x 17 1/2" [30 x 44 cm]. Also note that this window card was never folded. Often window cards would be folded across the middle, because that would make them 11" x 14", and they could then be sent with standard folded posters. Most collectors put an added value on a window card that has never been folded.

Condition: fair. The card was trimmed on all four sides and has paper loss, tears and other defects around the edges (see our image).
