The Chase, the 1946 Arthur Ripley romantic crime film noir ("...Faster... Faster... Faster... Faster..."; "You'll be gasping for breath at the end of..."; "Hunted... Haunted... Hounded..."; "Screenplay by Philip Yordan Author of 'Anna Lucasta'") starring Robert Cummings (Bob Cummings), Michele Morgan, Steve Cochran, Peter Lorre, Don Wilson, Jack Holt, Nina Koshetz, Alexis Minotis, and Alex Montoya

Condition: poor. The card was used in a French speaking theater, and someone painted black paint over the original title and then painted the French title in yellow paint on top of that. It is likely that this paint can't be removed without damaging what is underneath. There is a Canadian censor stamp in the middle right of the card and many tape repairs on the back of the card.
