Humorous Envelopes, the 1943 U.S. World War II (WWII) Navy Naval set of 12 envelopes ("Keep 'Em Smiling"; "12 for 10 cents") created by Porto-Server, and featuring amusing artwork of sailors. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
