This is a highly inappropriate bootleg poster for Spider-Man, the 2002 Sam Raimi Marvel comic book superhero action adventure science fiction (sci-fi) fantasy thriller starring Tobey Maguire (in the title role as Spider-Man), Willem Dafoe (as the Green Goblin), Kirsten Dunst (as Mary Jane), James Franco, Rosemary Harris, and Cliff Robertson. Obviously this is not an official poster as it shows the World Trade Center buildings burning during the September 11th terrorist attacks.
