This poster was well restored, but you can see signs of the restoration from inches away (since most people look at posters framed on a wall from at least a few feet away, we don't feel this is a defect, but we feel it should be noted). See below for this poster's pre-restoration condition (we are the only major auction company we know of that shares this information with our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). very good. The poster had pinholes and creases in the upper part of the left and right blank borders. Otherwise, it was in quite nice condition prior to backing! Note that the poster was backed onto a thinner than normal linen, and that the restorer did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster. Learn More about condition grades
