Maisie Was a Lady, the 1941 Edwin L. Marin romantic comedy ("'Blonde Bonfire' Maisie is in society now!"; the fourth in the popular Maisie Ravier series) starring Ann Sothern (in the title role as Maisie Ravier), Lew Ayres, Maureen O'Sullivan, C. Aubrey Smith, Joan Perry, and Edward Ashley. Note that Joan Perry had been a former model who was discovered by Columbia head Harry Cohn. He put her in a bunch of movies, and then married her, and in 1941, she retired.

Condition: good. There is paper loss at right in the area of the woman's wrist and there is some tattering and paper loss along the foldlines and around the edges of the poster. There are some smudges and creases scattered throughout the poster.
