An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Three-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 41" x 81") (Learn More) Shaft, the classic 1971 Gordon Parks black African American blaxploitation detective crime thriller ("The mob wanted Harlem back. They got Shaft... up to here."; "Shaft's his name. Shaft's his game."; "Hotter than Bond, Cooler than Bullitt."; "Based upon the novel by Ernest Tidyman", with a soundtrack by Isaac Hayes) starring Richard Roundtree (in the title role as John Shaft), Moses Gunn, Charles Cioffi, Christopher St. John, Drew Bundini Brown, Lawrence Pressman, and Gwenn Mitchell NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this three-sheet was printed in 2 sections. Condition: very good to fine. there is separation and tiny paper loss at most of the crossfolds (one of which falls in Shaft's forehead); there is 6" of separation at the bottom of the middle foldline (at the bottom of the larger piece) and there is small separation at the top of the vertical foldline; there are minor creases and a few tiny tears on some foldlines and around the edges of the poster.
