Date Sold 7/14/2011 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 5 Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" Movie Stills (Learn More) Indiscreet, the 1958 Stanley Donen English/U.S. love-at-first-sight-and-subsequent-betrayal romantic comedy ("So Great Together You'll Wish They'd Never Part Again!"; "They met... They knew they shouldn't have... They couldn't stop."; "... it was inevitable!") starring Cary Grant, Ingrid Bergman, Cecil Parker, Phyllis Calvert, David Kossoff, and Megs Jenkins NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that these stills appear in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right of each still. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the stills were used in French speaking parts of Canada, but they were printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us! So they are original stills from 1958, but they were printed for use in parts of Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. SUPER IMPORTANT! THIS LOT CONTAINS 5 STILLS, BUT ONLY FOUR OF THE STILLS ARE PICTURED! THE HIGH BIDDER ON THIS LOT WILL RECEIVE 5 STILLS FROM THIS MOVIE, and NOT just the four pictured! We realize there is an element of gambling to this, but we made only a small effort to find the best four stills in these lots, and, if you have any willingness to gamble at all, you may find that you get some great stills that were not pictured!
