If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is a very interesting poster! We have seen this image on a 1960s re-release Belgian poster, and we would think that there was surely a much earlier Belgian poster with the same image. But this poster does not seem like it can possibly be Belgian, both because it does not measure the earlier large Belgian size, and also because it has a logo in the top left corner which says "UNION FILMS AFRIQUE". A knowledgeable collector tells us that this poster was likely used in the Belgian Congo (which was a Belgian colony in Africa) and that certainly seems possible (and note that it has an RKO logo, which would seem to surely date the poster to the 1950s or earlier, and it also has a "1950s" feel to the paper quality). If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Finally, note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: fair to good. The poster has become brittle with age and there are several tears and areas of tattering, separation, and paper loss along the foldlines and edges. There are a few creases scattered throughout the poster (mostly from it being oddly folded at one time). The poster is otherwise in generally nice condition and its colors are still vibrant and after it is restored it will look fantastic! Learn More about condition grades
