An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) I Love Trouble, the 1947 S. Sylvan Simon bad girl mystery crime thriller ("Do you tell your husband everything? It's Murder - if you don't!"; "Scandalous secrets only murder can silence!"; "Five lovelies leave a trail of perfume... and Murder!"; "Five women...which one is leading a double life?"; "Screenplay by Roy Huggins from his novel, 'The Double Take'") starring Franchot Tone, Janet Blair, Janis Carter, Adele Jergens, Glenda Farrell, Steven Geray, Tom Powers, and Arthur Space NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good to fine. There are diamond-shaped creases at the top and bottom crossfolds and tiny separation at all three crossfolds. There was a piece of white tape on the back of each blank corner (covering pinholes), and the tape has bled through to the front in the blank corners. There was paper loss in the bottom left blank corner, and someone put a piece of white conservation tape over that paper loss and also over the back of the other three corners. Other than the above truly minor defects, the poster is in quite nice condition, and has a "crisp" feel. Simple linenbacking will cause the creases at the top and bottom crossfolds to vanish, and the stains in the blank corners are easily painted over (and they will not show when the poster is framed).
