Bez Pracy Nie Ma Sukcesu (literally translates to "No Work No Success"), the 1977 Polish motivational poster encouraging productivity and featuring art of crossed arms giving the "thumbs up" sign by Milach. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
