An Original 1935 Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) The Man Who Knew Too Much, the 1934 (released in the U.S. in 1935) Alfred Hitchcock English family relationship spy espionage kidnapping crime thriller (about an English couple vacationing in Switzerland with their teen daughter, and the husband finds out about a spy plot, and the spies kidnap his daughter to keep him from telling what he knows) starring Leslie Banks, Edna Best, Peter Lorre, Frank Vosper, Hugh Wakefield, Nova Pilbeam, and Cicely Oates. Alfred Hitchcock remade this movie in 1956 starring James Stewart and Doris Day (and kept the plot pretty much the same, but changed the daughter to a son)! Important Added Info: Note that this still is from a pretty remarkable collection of 20 Alfred Hitchcock stills we were consigned (which we are auctioning in 20 separate auctions). They include ones from many of his greatest movies, and six of them have wonderful candid images showing Hitchcock, and some of the non-candids are from movies where it is very hard to find top quality stills from. This is a very rare opportunity to purchase some of the finest Hitchcock stills we have ever auctioned! Condition: good. There are three punch holes in the bottom border (see above).
