A singing triumph... And a romantic hit!"; "Written by Edmund Beloin and Henry Garson") starring Elvis Presley, Juliet Prowse, Robert Ivers, James Douglas, and Leticia Roman. Note that Elvis, unlike the vast majority of stars from the 1950s on, did not attempt to get out of his military service, and he went in to the army in 1958 (at the height of his popularity) and he got out two years later, and this was the first movie he made after returning (and naturally, he made a fictionalized version of his life in the military). Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had darkened somewhat. It had small paper loss at some crossfolds and some small tears and fine surface paper loss on parts of some folds. Someone had it backed onto a thin linen with no excess, with little restoration. Unfortunately, after it was backed, it was roughly handled, and there are many creases scattered throughout the poster, and there are small tears down the left and right sides.
