An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded French One-Panel Movie Poster (measures 45 1/4" x 67 1/4"; known as a 'grande' poster in France) (Learn More) 45e Festival International Du Film Cannes 1992 (Cannes Film Festival 1992), the 1992 French film festival poster advertising the 45th Cannes International Film Festival which was held from May 7th to the 18th in Cannes, France and featuring an image of the Marlene Dietrich from the 1932 film "Shanghai Express". If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that, for unknown reasons, there is a blank snipe glued to the bottom of the poster. It is the solid black area below the bottom pattern border. Perhaps someone intended to put something in that snipe area and ended up doing something differently! Also note that this French one-panel measures 45 1/4" x 67 1/4" and it was printed in two sections. Condition: fair to good. There are many creases scattered throughout the poster, but fortunately, few in Dietrich's face, and more within the solid black areas. There are some creases and tears around the edges of the poster and there are two circular holes near the center of the poster in the black area below Dietrich's head.
