Condition: good to very good. There are several tiny pinholes around the blank borders. There is some fold and border wear. There is minor writing on the back of one blank border only that very slightly bleeds through to the front, but it is not very noticeable or distracting. It is otherwise in pretty good condition and if after a simple linenbacking the poster will look great!
