Jane Connell was an actress from the 1960s to the 1990s. Some of her movies include: Mame, See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Dr. Jekyll and Ms. Hyde, and Kotch. She passed away in 2013 at the age of 87.

Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 7 3/4" x 9 1/2" [20 x 24 cm], but it has not been trimmed.
