Important Added Info: Note that included with the book is an 18" x 23" full-color poster of the front cover of the book (we don't know if this was given with all copies of the book or just with this one! Also note that we have pictured the front cover, the title page, and the interior page that shows the publishing information, and one or more interior 2-page spreads.

Condition: very good. There are scuffs scattered on the dust jacket.
