America's last frontier"; "Love and piracy in a mighty drama of Alaska's salmon seas"; "Based on a Story by Barrett Willoughby"; "Paramount's mighty romance of the untamed north!"; about two men, friends since childhood, who are on opposite sides in a salmon fishing conflict) starring George Raft, Henry Fonda, Dorothy Lamour, Akim Tamiroff, John Barrymore, Louise Platt, and Lynne Overman NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good to very good. The poster has its original standee backing, and it appears to have never been used (the new owner could display this great poster as originally intended!). The poster has not been re-backed, but a restorer did some slight touch up to the faces of the stars at the top, but mostly left alone the many scattered areas in the image where there were faint stains and smudges. Note that at some point after the restorer did his work, the bottom edge of the poster became slightly "bumped", and there are some minor defects across the bottom edge in the solid black area.
