An Original Vintage Unfolded World War II Poster (measures 30" x 40" [76 x 102 cm]) (Learn More)

America Calling, the 1941 U.S. World War II (WWII) Home Front poster ("Take your place in Civilian Defense") urging civilians to join the organized non-military effort to prepare civilians for the defense of a military attack against the U.S. Note that this poster features a great image of a bald eagle.

Artist: Hubert Matter & Arthur H. Fisher

Condition: good. The poster was never folded. There is slight discoloration scattered in a few areas due to exposure to moisture (more so around the edges) and there is a jagged 10" tear at upper right that has been repaired with tape from the back. Please see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this item prior to placing a bid.
