Important Added Info: Note that this is one of two photos that we were consigned that were taken by Ernest A. Bachrach (the official RKO photographer at the time "King Kong" was made. Each of the stills measure 10 3/4" x 13 3/4", but they have not been trimmed. Each of the stills is on a double-weight deluxe paper. Each of the stills has a studio stamp from RKO, with the photographer's credit. Each of the stills has 1933 date stamps on the back. Each was used in an issue of Photoplay magazine, and there are printer's notations and lines on the back of each. We have never seen or sold stills like these before! Condition: very good. There are two faint brown lines each, in the upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right, around the center of the image (these were obviously printer marks used to determine the portion of this still that was reproduced in the Photoplay magazine). There is a faint "2 3/8" written in the middle of the right background area, which surely indicates how many inches high the image would appear in the magazine. There are tiny staple holes in the corners and tiny bumps and the tiniest of tears in the center of each border, with tiny paper loss near the center of the top border. There is a pinhole in the right of the bottom of the image, 1" from the bottom border. There are a very few creases around the edges of the still. Other than the above, the still is in quite nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
