An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Mexican Movie Poster (measures 24" x 32" [61 x 81 cm]) (Learn More)

El Hacha Diabolica (literally translates to "The Diabolical Hatchet"), the 1965 Jose Diaz Morales Mexican lucha libre masked wrestling science fiction (sci-fi) horror adventure thriller (about a black-hooded man who swears vengeance on Santo and kills his girlfriend) starring Santo (billed as "Santo, El Enmasacarado de Plata"), Lorena Velazquez, Bety Gonzalez, Fernando Oses, Mario Sevilla, and Mario Zebadua (billed as "Colocho"). It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that this is a "country of origin" poster for this Mexican movie! Also note that this poster has been trimmed and it now measures 24" x 32" [61 x 81 cm]. Finally, note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: poor to fair. There is much tattering and tearing throughout the poster with several tape repairs on the back. Note that this Mexican poster is EXTREMELY fragile! Mexican posters were printed on a paper stock that often ages very poorly, and also darkens. This poster has darkened somewhat and is more fragile along the foldlines (but of course, any talented restorer could linenback the poster, after which it would look great, but it might require fairly extensive restoration). Please do not bid on this poster unless you can accept how fragile it is, or are willing to pay to have it linenbacked.
