Zanuck; about a girl who dreams of writing serious music, and she moves to New York, where she has little success, and she meets a rich successful producer of popular musicals, so he hides who he is from her, but his latest musical is in trouble, and then he finds out the girl can sing and dance!) starring Alice Faye, The Ritz Brothers (Al, Jimmy and Harry), Don Ameche, Charles Winninger, Gypsy Rose Lee (in one of her early movies when she was billed as "Louise Hovick"; her real name was Rose Louise Hovick, but she had been called Louise since childhood), Rubinoff and His Violin, Tony Martin, Samuel Green, Ted Fraser and Ray Winfield (Green, Fraser & Winfield are billed as "Tip, Tap, and Toe", a vaudeville dance team who only appeared in three movies; Winfield was the first to do the sliding style of tap), Louis Prima and His Band, Tyler Brooke, and Lynn Bari (uncredited as a chorus girl!) Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. The poster had tiny paper loss at the top crossfold, a pinhole in each corner, and very minor fold and border wear. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Note that either the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster, or possibly the owner of the poster chose to carefully trim off the excess, so that the poster would fit in a frame.
