Cohan") starring Judy Garland (in the title role as Nellie Kelly), George Murphy, Charles Winninger, Douglas McPhail, Rita Page, and Arthur Shields NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had small paper loss at the top and bottom crossfolds, and some tears and tiny bits of paper loss on parts of some foldlines, including two tears in the center of Garland's mouth. There was a diagonal tear in the lower right of the image, running from the right border through to the center of Garland's blouse. There were pinholes and tears around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can clearly see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Learn More about condition grades
