An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed Deluxe 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Beulah Bondi was an actress from the 1930s to the 1960s. Some of her movies include: Tammy and the Doctor, It's a Wonderful Life, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, Of Human Hearts (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), and Gorgeous Hussy (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film). She passed away in 1981 at the age of 91. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Beulah Bondi! Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahony Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him). Our consignor (and we) feel certain that the autograph on this still is authentic! Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased (although we prefer they do any "authenticating" while the auction is "live" and before they place a bid) and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes.
