The festival was held at the "C.T." (a concert/cafe venue in Leipzig), and it seems that this was an annual festival. Note that this poster features Schicktansky art of a man with a mask next to a hau den lukas (a traditional carnival game known as a high striker, strength tester or strongman game in English).
