An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Swedish Movie Poster (measures 27 1/2" x 39 1/4" [70 x 100 cm]) (Learn More) The Vagabond Lover, the 1929 Marshall Neilan Long Island New York City mistaken identity romantic musical comedy (college senior Rudy Vallee is in a band, and ends up being mistaken for a famous saxophone player, and he is invited to perform at the home of a rich girl he likes) starring Rudy Vallee ("and his Connecticut Yankees in his first feature picture"; "Sensation on the radio.. revelation on the screen."), Sally Blane, Marie Dressler, Charles Sellon, and Norman Peck NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. The poster is somewhat brittle and there is a large vertical tear at lower left extending into the black background and there are some 6" and smaller tears and some areas of tattering and paper loss around the edges (most repaired with conservation tape from the back). There is a tape stain in the right of the bottom edge of the poster. There are some creases scattered throughout the poster (more so around the edges). Fortunately, the poster's colors are still vibrant and, other than the large tear mentioned above, its defects are mostly in the borders around the edges. Learn More about condition grades
