Neispravimyy Igun (literally translates to "Incorrigible Liar"), the 1974 Villen Azarov Russian comedy starring Georgiy Vitsin, Inna Makarova, Nikolai Prokopovich, Vladimir Etush, Edita Pyekha, and Boris Sichkin. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
