The Wistful Widow of Wagon Gap (released in England in 1948 as "The Wistful Widow"), the 1947 Charles Barton cowboy western screwball comedy ("They're looting the west with laughter!"; "Wanted: Bud [Alkali] Abbott shoots first... runs afterwards!"; "Wanted: Lou [Killer] Costello trigger-shy sheriff!"; "Wanted: Marjorie [Calamity] Main the pistol-packin' 'Ma Kettle!'"; "'When you call me That... Smile!'"; "From the Hilarious Collier's magazine story!"; "Based on a story by D.D. Beauchamp and William Bowers") starring Bud Abbott, Lou Costello (Abbott and Costello), Marjorie Main (in the title role), Audrey Wilder, George Cleveland, William Ching, and Gordon Jones

Condition: very good. The poster had creases along the foldlines and many light horizontal creases in the top and bottom 8" of the poster, and also some in the middle right. There was an uneven horizontal crease running through the center of Costello's face, and continuing to the right border. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, and linenbacking has minimized how noticeable the many creases are, but you can still see slight signs of them.
